Eligibility Criteria: A candidate is eligible to take admission in the Major Course of B.A./B.Com./ B.Sc. after passing the Higher Secondary [10+2] Examination under WBCHSE or any other equivalent examination with at least Four (04) subjects with English as a compulsory subject.

Available Major Subjects: Bengali, Economics, English, Geography, Hindi, History, Nepali, Philosophy, Political Science, Sanskrit, Sociology, Accounting and Finance, Management, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics.

Courses to be selected under 4-Year Undergraduate Program (FYUGP):

1. Major Course: Select One (01) Main Subject.
2. Minor Courses: Select Two (02) minor courses apart from Major Course.
3. Multidisciplinary Courses: Select three (03) multidisciplinary courses. One each for 1st Semester(Pool-A), 2nd Semester(Pool-B), 4th Semester(Pool-C). For detail follow the University FYUGP Regulations.
4. Skill Enhancement Courses: Related to Major Course.
5. Ability Enhancement Courses: Compulsory English and one (01) from (MIL Bengali / MIL Hindi / MIL Nepali / MIL Sanskrit / Alternative English).
6. Value Added Courses: Environmental Education and one (01) from (Under Standing India / Digital Marketing).

Candidates are required to upload scanned copies of:

1. Coloured Photograph
2. Admit Card of class X Exam/Age proof Certificate
3. H.S. or equivalent mark sheet
4. Original Caste and/or PH Certificate (if any) in his/her name
5. EWS certificate from competent authority issued in that particular year (if any)
6. Aadhaar Card at the time of filling up of Admission form.

Students from Vocational Boards are eligible to Apply for the 3 Years Major Courses only.

NOTE: A candidate cannot claim to be SC/ ST/ OBC-A/ OBC-B/ EWS or PH unless the certificate is issued by the appropriate authority of the Government of West Bengal in his/her/transgender own name.
